Not a theorist. Not an outsider. Someone who has worked inside manufacturing environments and knows what it takes to make safety actually run on the floor.
I started Starter Consulting because I kept seeing the same problem: companies with solid safety intentions but systems that weren't translating to consistent execution on the floor. Policies written. Binders filled. Audits passed. And then the next incident would happen anyway.
My background is in manufacturing, occupational health and safety, and HR and operational systems. I've worked inside these environments—not just advised from the outside—which means I understand the gap between what's written and what actually happens when production pressure kicks in.
What I do differently is stay involved. I don't hand you a program and leave. I work with your supervisors, your frontline leaders, and your team to implement the system and make sure it holds—OHS-compliant, COR-ready, and built for how your operation actually runs.
We declare success when it's running—consistently, without constant oversight, on your floor.
A safety program is only as good as what happens on the floor. We optimize for real-world performance, not audit scores.
From the frontline worker to senior leadership—everyone has a role. We build systems that make accountability clear and sustainable.
Complicated systems don't get followed. We cut the noise and build something your team can actually use every day.
We're not here for the kickoff. We're here for the two-year mark when habits are formed and the system runs itself.
